Peace means losing power/going to jail. So why peace? Not their sons killed/fighting/hostages.

actually if look at the map.

Gaza and Lebanon BOTH had incredibly good beach front locations with direct line to europe, really tio TOTO when comes to country location.

They BOTH shouldve been extremely wealthy mini singapores there.... but it is what it is now.

We may laugh at India sometimes, but must admit what Gandhi did was really really an example of how to create a path for his people to follow. If the mid east had just produced more Gandhis than Jihadis... with land and oil, the mid east wouldve been a very different place.

Iran influence destabilize the region. Iran has it's axis in all those trouble region. GAZA, Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq, now even Syria by supporting Assad. The Arabs don't like them for a good reason.

Hamas has been sucking all the resources/donations/aid that was given by Orgs. like UNRWA .... they siphon on all the funding before giving bits and pieces to the population and rest into their own pockets ,burrowing and weaponising themselves enjoying the life of Lux in Qatar /Iran

Hezbollah got sent back to the Stone Age but not quite the way anyone envisaged. They’re going to have to rely on runners and pigeons now to have foolproof communication and it is nigh on impossible to do anything large scale without being detected.
