Don't worry, maybe next month increase quota then prices drop 1 bidding then zheng hu will say "See, prices drop!" Then 2nd round goes up again and zheng hu will say" We will continue to monitor" Then the cycle repeats.

Lost? Why lost? They are winning. Push more coe forward to reap the higher prices. But not too much to cause prices to drop by too much. 
a real strategic move for the coffers! Only the sheep thinks that little extra bit of coe quota will bring prices down. 🤣

They said their goal is to "reduce volatility" ma, so they bring forward the COE...so far it's not really working, and the reasoning for bringing the COEs forward is quite shoddy at best lol

It does reduce volatility. All the prices now maintain above 100k. Won't dip below anymore.
