Not only standard of driving dropped. Standard of considerate parking also dropped. So common to see cars anyhow parked. Park very close to junction that a turning car may hit the parked car, park next to hydrant, park in front of people's gate and block the resident, park too far from kerb, park on both sides of a narrow road at the same spot instead of alternate (so that oncoming cars can weave or one stop and the other pass), park in lot not centred and wasting the adjacent lot.
