if i was the fit/jazz i would have stayed in the car and then call ambulance. it was quite a big shunt. i hate to waste public resources but with the amount of asshats not reporting insurance these days, die die need to make it a police case and have the bugger charged and not escape.

But to be fair, the fit driver also got smacked out of the blue, most likely did not see the VW coming. Propbably thought is a run of mill RTA...until he sees this video...

Can also claim Whiplash Injuries....comfirmed Red Car Insurance after pay out to White Fit,sure claim back from Red Car Driver...quote Speed Trial..not covered in Insurance.
