Didn't see any stupid action, he didn't put his life or any other life in danger opposite to what Merc driver did. I think he did it in safe manner, didn't see him confronting but just taking video for evidence. I rather have people like him than those who go around and beating others. A few days ago a motorcyclist with his son was killed on road and not sure if culprit is found or not. I have seen faster motorcyclist on wet day than this guy, he may have saved someone which this merc driver could kill in future. I hope that happen but based on the news "Aswani intends to appeal against his sentence and is out on bail pending appeal.". 12Km is not a small stretch and if he was not drunk he could easily able to identify his problem.
