The total quota available for this tender is 1,933 for the following vehicle categories:

NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES
Category A : Cars (up to 1,600cc and maximum power up to 97kW (130bhp); and fully electric car with maximum power up to 110kW (147bhp)) => 645

Maybe they choose to increase 13.88% every bid, compound effect.

property is 2800psf for a 99y condo 

either that or I am behind on the earning power of the new generation of 25k a month salary of 35 year olds
