They might be drawing from the same talent pool, but the NASA ones are paid in USD, whereas the ISRO ones are paid in INR [laugh]

Big difference in cost-effectiveness. Or to keep to the theme of rocketry here, ISRO got "more bang for buck".

My Engineers from there always tell me no problem can be done but end up problems many many cannot be done!
