To be fair, it isnt PRC rich.  All rich are the same.   Whne money is the lubricant to smoother gears, and you have plenty of lubricant, you just do it.

Some are streaming into even  Dubai as no ABSD /Property Tax ……. Even get 10 year golden visas easily and the UAE is banking in big time …… just saying so
