Evans signed for 1 year to tide over injury-prone Varane and others in the back four. Similar last minute stop-gap season loans of Reguilon and Amrabat but hopefully better that Weghorst and Sabitzer. Martial and Maguire no takers till date. Good to see Onana being respected like a boss with opposition forwards not wanting to venture into his area, giving him time to search for distribution from goal kicks, unlike DDG.

The new season just started guys, and we have a long long months ahead, there will be return leg games, so everyone is merely warming up, It stood to see Rashy scored his 1st, give em few more matches till 9/10 games and we touch & go winning combo.

Trust me, United always like that, regardless of who is/was the ex-manager/s

Two sides to a coin.

E10H should had kept it behind close door as well. He shouldn't said it during the press conference.

As Sancho is turning into a dud after ETH sent him overseas to train his physicality and frame of mind, he still cannot deliver. Agree that ETH should'nt but was asked why Sancho wasn't on the bench at all. He was to be on loan to El Ettifag but deal fell through, hopefully he can bring some fees in future as he has some possible takers, in the next transfer window unlike Martial, Maguire, VDB etc.

Thank you bro, I had been a United fans since tender age of 14/15 yo, now in my 60s, how could I not know the history of Red ?

Let's be frank ETH is a modern day mgr, he is unlike those days of Alex Fergie 1986, Ron Atkinson 1981, Dave Sexton 1977, Tommy Doherty 1972, Matt Bushy 1970 . . . DaVe Moyes 2013, Ryan Giggs 2014, LVG 2014, Jose Mourinho 2016, OGS 2018, Michael Garrick 2021, Ralf Ransack 2021. end, ETH 2022 current . . . His football thinking very different fm old days, ( think 5G .. . . end of 4G )

Even SAF could not catch-up with his idea- Imagine he can clash with Greenwood for his private affairs- can train but not playing him now Sancho as well . . . what do we expect, at 23 yo, he will react accordingly  . . . young and furious to save his England dream, who care less on Club

The very big mystery with Man U is that they have actually invested so much in new players in the last 10 years.

Yes overpaid a lot but these are actually very very good players.

But somehow after they have signed for man utd, strangely most unable to perform

Just an example in striker dept, remembered when they first bought Ruud after serious knee injury, first match and there after bang bang bang all the goals came naturally, Cole, Yoke and many more examples

Last 10 years, no reliable goal scorers. Alexis S, typical of this man U mystery. Bang bang bang goals in Arsenal and after joining practically no goals.

Some suggested could it be a "spell" 😰 that needs to be lifted by a break in luck

Even this season, after 4 matches, one of the lowest scoring teams

Yes, most recent example is Sancho, for 73 mil pounds from Dortmund where he had 16 goals and 20 assists but only 12 goals and 6 assists when he signed in 2021 with weekly wages around 300 pounds. With ETH having with better players for Sancho's position now, this surplus 'spell' has to be broken.

Under such circumstances, ETH job scope is not only coach cum micro-manage the team tactics & high pressed techniques, but also asked to pay attention on player's high weekly wages bought before his appointment, one of the reason/s not sanctioned by The Glazer's . Bottom line the Americans owner concern- not to over-spent on any players asking forbidden prices, its good to have the mentality of avoiding populist England idols, ( no names needed ) Remember we got one too many from Spurs. Hahaha, So we have to look elsewhere out of UK. Sancho was one of a kind, blow hot blow cold attitude.

Like to talk about Anthony Martial , he could be a superb players during his high, he just need appreciation of love & some pep talk off warmth how much he needs comfort- how much he was valued over the years,  actually he is not a trouble maker, his wife was. He was supposed to be sold, however ETH thinks he can still contribute and combined well with Rashy and Sancho and Sanc shot himself in the foot, - Only way is to commit " Kamikaze " to force his way out of Reds.🤨

Good luck to him.

That has been the problem all along, high wages and extended contracts, with other teams unable to afford their high wages or expect MU to absorb part of wages and subject to lowballing, with no income to get new players as a result.

TBH, EtH job must only on Coaching, tactics, and techniques strategy, the less he has to do, personally he is overwhelmed by distractions and disturbances, which I find was unnecsessasry, John Murtough &Co has a bigger role to help out beside doing the physical hunting with potential agents brief, salary scheme etc.

ManU 1 (Hannibal) - BHA 3 (EPL - Home)

With Hojlund in front and flanked by Rashford, Eriksen and Bruno, it was Mctominay and Casemiro in midfield. New joiner Reguilon joined Martinez, Lindelof and Dalot in defence in the usual 4-2-3-1 formation. Ex-MU winger Danny Welback capitalized on Lindelof's mistake and scored for Brighton and Hojlund's goal in the 40th minute disallowed as the ball was out of play from Rashford's cut-back, with BHA leading by a solitary goal at half time.

It was again Brighton who scored on the 52nd minute and doubled their lead as Rashford left his scoring boots at home with the many chances he had and Eriksen misplacing his passes. Substitutions were made for Casemiro and Hojlund for Hannibal and Martial in the 64th minute but Brighton made it 3 nil in the 71st minute. Substitute Hannibal pulled one back for MU minutes later followed with replacements for Martinez, Mctominay and Reguilon with Ganarcho, Pellistri and AWB in the 85th minute to change the dynamics but to no avail. Another setback for ETH and if this unhealthy trend continues, I won't be surprised to see him go!

Totally outplayed. Lotsa spaces open up at MU backline when Brighton moves forward. When MU moves forward, all Brighton def together. Well deserved victory at OT.

The players, especially Bruno, Eriksen, Casemiro did'nt turn up for this game where we lost 4 times to Brighton. Even Martinez had to be replaced and Brighton's defender, Dunk kept Rashford in his pocket. Playing like this in the Champions' League, I don't see us proceeding beyond the prelim rounds. Morale seems to be affected by the recent events, exacerbated by injuries to Mount, Malacia, Shaw and regular sick-man Varane.
