I think it's a publicity stunt only. Nothing will happen since singing alone will require public entertainment liscense. Hugging? Police unlikely to allow. If allowed neighbourhood coffeeshops will also have these specials!

Usually whatever news that come out from a social media "influencer", real or fake, it goes to the part of my brain that says "Ignore".
