typically sales contracts are carbonised in duplicate or triplicate. so how come nobody check ?

How come $50k bank transfer to company account and they say they are unaware?? So that money for sure can return lah..

personal check is FOC but company will kenna pay $0.75 fee usually

Many companies even levy $30-$40/- on checks clearing fee and somemore they will say will take 3-4 days for us to realise...... so that makes people "stress"

KNN our guv or monetary authority can allow such suka suka TnC's........OK lah we are smart nation but there are more smarty pants there too whom will prey on unsuspecting or gullible or naive people  

Tech ......"They" literally force it down our throats

The bank allow put any name for personal account?? I thought this loophole already closed long time ago?
