A car tried to catch up with me ended in collision. Whose fault?

While travelling on CTE, a car (Accord) on 1st lane tried to catch up to my car but it ended up colliding with the car in front of it.

I was on lane 2. Why it did that is (I suspect) could be I cosmetic zhng my car and the other car was trying to check out my headlights.

But it didn't realize the traffic in front of it had slowed down and my lane 2 was still clear. Accord didn't slow in time and end up crashing the car in front.

Is this considered my fault? I wasn't affected by the collision and continued on my journey.

Any reasons you think could be your fault when you are in a different lane ? Otherwise everytime when my next lane have an accident  will be my fault .

You must have made your car to be a major distraction on the road!

So, you could have contributed partially to the accident!🤐

If lane 1 traffic hadn't slowed down, would the Accord have caught up with you? Or never a chance...?

what car are you driving?

how fast were you travelling at that point in time?

of so many cars on the road, why did he have particular interest in your headlights?

if he has been behind you, how would he know that your headlights were so interesting ?

what headlights are you having ?

did anything happen on the way before he got interested in your headlights ?

I think accord n catching up to u don’t make much logical sense unless u antagonis it before the driver overtake u lol
