Money transferred to us already?

Then I can say

Fab and Hendo legs gone already.

Hendo already 33 not surprising but Fab only 29 maybe he did a lot of unselfish running for club and country.

Saudi clubs are suckers.

It's like all the Saudi clubs follow Chelsea pay high for lousy players.

:D

Hendo and Fab best in their prime but its long behind them.

For all the contributions Hendro and Fabinho has made for LFC, I wish them well.

Hendro, given his age at 33 and the huge pay increase laid on the table by his new Saudi employers, I think it's a straight forward decision for him and club. What's more, we paid 14 m to Sunderland to land him and to get 12m + add-ons is not a bad deal.

Fabinho, I personally think he still has a few more years left and to be paid 40m, it is no wonder our LFC agreed to that deal.

No issues with the 2 players leaving. Bigger question we have is now is incomings to replace two midfield generals!

the worrying thing is that after a week of high drama of the bids coming in for Hendro/Fabinho, it is no clearer what is a viable game plan to replace them. The team do not have a 1st team DM and we can kiss the new season goodbye if we go into it with the current squad.

In last night friendly match, TAA played the DM Position and it is clear that it will be a disaster.  Defensive awareness and tactical positioning is not his strength.  Fabinho excelled in this role (1st few seasons) because he reads the game so well.

with almost the entire MF and Forward line set up to attack, the required DM needs to be cool head (cant lunge into tackles) and positions well tactically.  There aren't alot of options in the current market so i feel Klopp's hands are tied.   it is a worrying time for Klopp even before the season kicks off.

This sai bo zse is good.  Saw the highlights during our pre friendly. Calm on the ball. Good vision and field awareness. Like Alonso and Gerrard combination.

He is very good. 👍

Play there a bit. He wants to return to Sunderland when his career is ending.
