Premier League side Liverpool are set to reignite their interest in signing Torino defender Perr Schuurs, according to reports in Italy.

The Reds have already been busy in the summer transfer market with Alexis Mac Allister joining from Brighton for £35m before swooping for RB Leipzig’s Dominik Szoboszlai for £60m.

The Athletic confirmed yesterday that Liverpool are unlikely to sign another new midfielder unless the Merseysiders sell one of their existing stars with ‘no gap to fill’.

Liverpool have eight first-team midfielders on their books with Mac Allister, Szoboszlai, Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, Thiago Alcantara, Stefan Bajcetic, Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott, giving Klopp a selection headache.

The Saints signal Lavia’s availability as they ready an £11m deal for Man City academy player Shea Charles.

To make up the 50m Pool will offer Tyler Morton and or Corner Bradley for loan or part exchange.

think it is probably more needed for Pool to add a defensive option rather beefing up the midfield further.  Hence i would prefer the Colwill option however it is also clear he is not a ready made article yet.  It is generally difficult to do business with Chelsea as many clubs have found out so i am not particuarly optimssitic on this deal while it is clear that this player is a Pool fan.  He still has 2 years to run in his current contract so it is difficult to see how he can come.

If Pool adds another DM in Lavia, this may signal either using Fabinho as a CB or eventually out of the door.

We have 2 secret weapons to lure him to Anfield.

Agent Jones and Elliot on the job.

All 3 have just won the U21 Euros with Jones as Man of the Match and want to win more with Liverpool.

Colwill just has to see all the players that left Chelsea and come to Pool have been big successes.

Salah, Sturridge, Glen Johnson, Nigel Spackman, Yossi Benayoun

dun think the agency relationship have been pretty successful esp in England. Jude Bellingham project was the latest causalty.

If it was non-english, maybe more chances since agent VVD was particularly instrumental in Project Gapko.

Bellingham wanted to link up with TAA and Hendo but we just didn't have the 130 million.

Levi Colwill wants to join Elliot and Jones but Chelsea not willing to sell.

Liverpool are prepared to wait one year so Colwill is in the final year of his contract.

:D

Colwill join Pool in 2024, one year to settle in and take over from VVD in 2025 when VVD is 34 years old.

Dear Levi Colwill come to Liverpool and you will be the next VVD.

You will play with your friends Harvey Elliot and Curtis Jones.

And the greatest midfielder in England TAA.

Is there a better teacher than VVD for your development?

Nunez looks really lean. hope he hasnt slimmed down at the expense of his physical powress

I hope he can improve on his English. He need to start communicate with teammates on the field. One of the main problem Nunez was his lack of communication on the field.

Not only to fellows footballers, Klopp wants them to hug all staff at the training center.

From janitors, cooks, butlers, doormen to coaching staff and also to remember them by their names :a-m1212:
