Back to the saga, I personally find POFMA a double edge sword.

First, not many may have read the article of concern but once POFMA is issued, the whole world will know about it (including foreign news agencies), which in turn will attract more attention.

Next, given the vast amount of details shared this time round, applying POFMA without details from the authority to refute the claims will further reinforce the belief that POFMA is enacted to protect the incumbents.

Last, with GE due in the next couple of months, some may see POFMA as a suppression tool, causing the ruling party some votes (insignificant for sure but every vote counts).
