My Frd’s frd currently wkg as Hsehold Supervisor at those GCB..

Machiam Ops Mgr Bao ga liao from transport, gardening, babysitting arrangements, meals n etc..

Celery at least $8k n above..

Experienced one min $12k ..

Employment T&C as per MOM guidelines..

5 days wk 8-6 pm

Yes correct, in time to come we will be 2nd class in our own country to new citizens.
We will then do it to another neighboring country except over there land is plentyful.   

In our case, we are giving up very precious freehold land too easily.    
There should be a rule that new citizens cannot buy landed in first 10 yrs at least.  
Maybe this will cause landed home prices to drop off but it is better and more meaningful for Singapore.

And if giving up citizenship within a certain time frame, additional stamp duties should be imposed.

Does being a newly minted SG citizen mean no need to investigate the source of their funds?

More and more coming here to park their humongous wealth, as Xi dada ramps up his anti corruption campaign.

Good for landed property owners here. They themselves are also packing their parachutes to jump to another country not so crowded and with wide open spaces, less stressful life

I believe nowadays agents have to check and do due diligence. Even backdated. But it's just declarations that's all.
