They just need to come into MCF, the solution all here.

as mentioned, buyers bid for themselves, full cash 100% bid deposits required and COE must be used on car within one month.

confirm drop.

😂😂😂😁😁😎

PHV is a political hot potato. It’s not just the PHV companies. Many PHV drivers own their cars and it is the employment of last resort for many Singaporeans. You cannot price them out of this job. At the same time, PHV rides cannot become too expensive cos everyone (ie. voters) uses them - students, working adults, ah gong ah ma etc

so what is the solution? This is where the million dollar minister, and his superscale civil servants need to show their worth 😃. If not, they should give it up, this is not a game of cards!

Soon we’ll be reminded that this is actually a good thing as it shows the car lite policy works n we’re all contributing to the environment……

They will sacrifice car owners.  Majority of car owners are silent complainers.

Does he understand what market working as intended even mean?

The fact is that the market was saying $12k moto COE and they had to INTERVENE to bring it down. That is the very definition of not working as intended

Lol this kind of clown is minister

As intended to boost revenues.

Or to help the poor?

Then must ask where EV comes into the picture?

EV was supposedly the aim to be zero emission.🤣

Twincharged

as usual LTA tell him what to say. if LTA can get it right... they can rule the whole world liao!

LTA always falls flat on its face.  continuously refusing to listen. In the end when extreme pressure comes from the top, adopt what others have told them earlier. and when it works, pat themselves on their backs and say good job.

This idea good. But then once they come into MCF see everyone scold gahmen, they will want to punish car owners more. Better start to say PAP wansui!

Heard on the radio the transpork minister will go parliament to talk talk on COE today.

Must be a lot of ppl feedback on the high coe price. Want to change new car but pay very high price. Out of budget.

Not optimistic. Surely see sai being thrown in our way today. What this transpork minister will do, chut what kinda sai pattern. Scary part is that he all this while quiet quiet. The sai build up must be huge.

What do you think he will do? Change the deposit% to maybe 50/50?
