i have driven into Malaysia quite a few times but yesterday really kena jam. (school holiday and long weekend)

stuck at malaysia side toll (just before custom) about 1 hour plus. 

EV battery drop about 3%, so it is not that bad as the mass media reports.

disclaimer (air con vol 1 at temp 20 degrees - cos slight raining), no spotify cos children are sleeping. driving at econ - cos jam. Android Auto is switch on. 

i didn't have any range anxiety per se, cos i just went to Mid Valley so i have enough buffer prior going in.

yes, many malaysia (SG) cars will "poke" you, if clear roads, normally i just press gently and then keep left. Let them win

i am thinkin of changing out the tyres that BMW (PM) gave me into ION EV ... considering, 

pros n cons. wait for other "famous" YT reviews.

my i4-35 ranges seems low thus giving me range anxiety. 

what mode do u all uses daily for driving? ranges estimate?

How much range are you getting? Generally, I get 420km range in a 100% SOC and use comfort mode. 
 

wont have range anxiety once you understand your car’s behaviour.

its my second month owning the ride. i am getting 250km-267km(max) on 80% SOC.

When I charge to 80% and based on the trip computer, can roughly travel up to 330km. But when i travel around 270km, i will start finding a charger.

How is your km/kwh like?

your is edrive35 or 40. if is edrive35 seems like the range is diff a lot with mine. 

i am using ECO PR0 and getting 6-7.2 km/kwh. on COMFORT getting around 3.8-4.2km/kwh

Mines edrive35. 
Do you always down the throttle? Your comfort mode is quite low? My average is 6.6km/kwh for both eco and comfort.
