Unsprung weight of EV will be higher than ICE. Chassis rigidity is very important

Don’t blame them. People don’t buy the German brands for reliability. They buy it so that can put key fob on the table

That is what in the video mention. 'Image bonus' because of that, people still buy German car.

Hypersonic

Germans are great engineers but tend to over-engineer things until multiple points of failure.

But when the machine works, it's glorious lol

They did that with the Tiger tanks in WW2. It's just in their DNA. Late in the war, they wanted to field the King Tiger which was a complex monstrosity influenced by the vanity of Hitler.
The soviets just build multiple T-32s for every single Tiger fielded. And it's meant to be crude and simple, as befitting a Soviet tank.
Similarly the US Sherman was just meant to built in mass quantity and was a pretty crappy tank.

Used to own an old carburetor era merc. Go WS until I scared.

With so much electronics in cars these days, I am surprised i haven't been stranded on the road so far.

EFI engines are more stable and reliable than engine fed on carburetor

same as electronic ignition vs breaker point

much easier to mod too

It will be $500k (at least)

Sadly, it will be difficult to buy Diesel version here.
