TLDR

BMW AG sell BMW Asia (Importer) => OMV or factory price.  This price has to fulfill at the very least transfer pricing.  It has to be well-documented.  Authority from both jurisdiction will ask for it if necessary.  BMW Asia is in charge of all matters related to import of the car into Singapore including Homologation.

BMW Asia (Importer) sell Eurokar (AD) => Dealer price.
