LTA should allow cars to have blinking headlights too. Esp useful when men wearing leotards and on bicycles are bunched in front of us.

Agree. He swerved into the truck's braking zone. Very poor situational awareness - he expected the truck to stop on a dime and stay out of the yellow box. 

Sabotage other people end up sabotage himself. In fact should be the truck claim damages from him.

When the pedestrian almost reaches the middle of the road, she notices the truck losing control and swerving towards her. She immediately turns and runs back to the kerb.

Are they joking? Driver was dashing down without realizing it is red ahead but once realized he decided to jam brakes and with so much load what else someone was expecting?
