What makes him think that he could ride across without any vehicle colliding into him. It's already a near miss by cam car let alone vehicle on opposite side of the road. He should be charged with careless riding and bear all repair cost to the vehicle he collided with. 

 

i think have to send him to hospiltal for a scan...nobody knows or probably he himself also dun know 🤣

Such cyclist should be charged for riding without care and causing harm to other road users. Any injuries and damaged to other properties resulted should be bond by such cyclist. I hope there is such a law coming to protect other road users.

It shows alot about the rider as a person, no brain at all.

No need to send him for a scan lah since he already make such brainless act. Go scan maybe found no brain inside the head. Waste other people's time and resources only.
