An avoidable tragic accident to this pedestrian.

1) do not follow other others.

2) do not scroll your phone while on the road.

Man, 52, follows jaywalkers while on phone at Sims Ave junction, gets hit by car & dies.

The State Coroner reminded people to look at traffic, not at their mobile devices, while crossing the road.

A 52-year-old man died after he was knocked down by a car while crossing the road and using his phone.

He was following behind two other pedestrians who were also crossing the road at a signalised junction, but he did not realise that the duo were jaywalking.

Followed jaywalkers while looking at phone intently.

He contacted the victim simply because his LJ shrunk after knowing the accident went viral. He must be riding Lexus bicycle with good noise insulation that's why didn't stop immediately after causing the accident 😂

Should be helmet with lexus standard of insulation. 

By the way wifey ever shared she has noticed some bike equiped with those loud bearing sort of clicking noise.

Maybe those are more expensive bike?

That clicking sound comes from rear wheel hub.

Most of us can’t cycle really expensive bike without complaining discomfort.

Especially non-regular.

It shows alot about the rider as a person, no brain at all. 

The traffic laws are skewed and biased. High chance the driver in this case will still get charged while the cyclist gets to claim the driver's insurance.

When a blind mouse doesn't check when crossing meets an old man/woman who doesn't react fast enough, this is what happens.
