Yes you can drink gallons of it and its good for you BUT only if you drink it at room temperature.

Heat olive oil beyond its smoke point which can be done very easily the oil can create pro-inflammatory free radicals and a carcinogenic (meaning cancer causing) compounds which is harmful to your health.

Basically it becomes a poison.

So many different types of fats - Omega 3 very good. Omega 3 is ALA, DHA and EPA all good.

Omega 6 is bad unless you want to get several chronic diseases!
