Did a sleep study with ENT specialist and confirmed no sleep apnea Understand from the ENT specialist that as we are getting older, muscle deteriorate which also includes the muscles in our upper airway. It can also obstruct the airway which can cause snoring or sleep apnea issues Managed to improve my snoring problems by reducing my weight around 8 kg......... 3
