From FB,
"...Captured on video: An altercation unfolds outside Yishun's Masjid Darul Makmur Mosque between two individuals, one clad in a Grab uniform, on Yishun Avenue 2.

After noticing he was being filmed, the agitated Grab delivery man threatened the videographer.

Both men subsequently returned to the Mosque where the Grab worker's electric scooter was parked.

An elderly woman had intervened to de-escalate the situation.

"Is this how a Grab delivery man should behave while in uniform?" asks the videographer of the incident.

The videographer who filed a police report told TOC that the Police had assigned an investigation officer to the case but had not contacted him..."

Auxiliary police officer in coma after being hit by car in Yishun; driver arrested

SINGAPORE – An Aetos auxiliary police officer fell into a coma after he was knocked off his motorcycle by a car in Yishun on Sunday.

Mr Muhammad Azrian, 27, was on his way to a fishing excursion with his father-in-law, his wife told The Straits Times. The extended family lives together in Yishun.

“I’m still in a state of shock,” said Madam Nur Afifah Ibrahim, 27, adding that the accident happened just a short while after both men had left the house. The housewife was first notified by her phone that detected a crash and subsequently by her father, who witnessed the accident.

“I really hope he wakes up. He’s the sole breadwinner at home. My two girls just turned 16 months and six months old and we need him.”

Mr Azrian was taken unconscious to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital after the accident, which took place near the junction of Yishun Avenue 1 and Yishun Street 81 at 9.35am, said the Singapore Civil Defence Force and the police.

A 59-year-old male driver was arrested for careless driving causing grievous hurt.

In a video posted on Facebook by SG Road Vigilante, a white car is seen travelling behind a motorcycle and hits the smaller vehicle when filtering to the left, causing the motorcyclist to fall off.

Another motorcyclist nearby, whom Madam Afifah identified as her father, is seen rushing over to assist the man lying on the road.

Farther ahead, the white car stops in the right lane and a man is seen walking back in the direction of the fallen motorcyclist.

Madam Afifah said Mr Azrian is currently being treated in the intensive care unit and had undergone two emergency operations – one to remove a blood clot in the left brain and another to remove a clot in the right.

“The doctor said we have to be prepared for the worst but it seemed like he is showing good progress after the second surgery,” she said, adding that Mr Azrian’s eyes, nose and mouth also suffered heavy bleeding.

“The doctor didn’t give us a timeline when he may wake up but said if he does, his post-recovery will take a long time. The kids’ daily needs and his medical bills are my priorities right now.”

Police investigations are ongoing. ST has contacted Aetos for more information.

Don't think he was blurr. Probably trying to teach the biker a lesson for being in his way. May be charged with more serious offence like attempted murder.

Maybe the Jazz driver did not check his blindspot when changing lane? Seems like the driver just like that change lane sharply.

Many people drive and ride in such a way, totally no awareness of their surrounding de. Many times, i really wonder what is wrong with them, how could they just turn or change lane anyhow.

I was exiting PIE into Eunos Road.  The driver on my left totally have no idea i was there.

Almost side-bang me.

That's why I said there are a lot of incompetent drivers.

Such situation always happens on the road. That's why you have to be alert and look out for these incompetent drivers, if not you would kena accident everyday.

Everywhere they are! Veer into my lane whilst side by side with me, I'll horn the hell out of them. PHV the worst culprits ....... eyes glued to handphone all the time.

I honk whenever anyone is within 30cm of the lane marking....

Most of the time can sense they are totally unaware of the surrounding traffic and they will over-correct to go the other side.
