VESS head unit

Hi bros,

Bought a 2nd hand car with a preinstalled Vess Head Unit. There's a connector which I supposed to put in a SIM card, I tried but it doesn't detect the SIM card.

Where can I go to rectify the issue?

Vess is Android Player i assume.

Firstly, locate your 4G antenna connected to your player. Should be at dashboard or somewhere high up. This one dont have, you put 10 diff SIM also no use. Then do the following below:

1. Reset the head unit.

2. Put SIM card. Reboot the head unit.

3. If reboot successful, you should see the SIM signal bar. Check APN in setting. You may need to manually enter APN.

4. If reboot and still same, you may need to check the wiring. [improper soldering, soldered wire came off, etc]

For point 4, if you know how to rectify, can DIY. Else, go shop do.
