5 years? I think lulu will retire or change team if TW doesn't give him a competitive car next season (i won't be surprised if it is after this season).....

To be honest Newey is probably more important than Max or any other driver.....

i think he won't move ler.....if move, which team will be able to afford him and give him a competitive car? only RB and F at the moment, but RB is out, U can't have 2 tigers in the same mountain. So only left with F at the moment. 

to me moving to F will be bigger risk than staying put with Merc - at least he can now dictate the developments....if move to F, he will need to build up all the relationship again and it may take years which he dun have if he is hunting his record before he retires. 

my guess he will stick thru with Mer and hopefully it will bear fruit and deliver his 8th title for him.

Maybe Aston Martin? They currently second best car if looking at Alonso (stroll CMI).... Can replace alonso, even if only for just 1 or 2 years....

That's why TW is perplexed and convinced that they got the concept wrong...2 underlying machine with the same engine, but the performance is like heaven and earth ....:yeah-im-not-drunk:

actually took RB a few years to get here. for a few years it was just Max fighting Lewis and Bottas. so Red Bull - Max did the hard work and now enjoy the glory.

Haha yes i know but i meant that AM's body is RB-in-disguise but with a Merc engine - at the start of the season there some people saying that AM poached some of RB's technical staff (eg. Andrew Alessi) and some of the design elements of the AM are similar to RB which is basically why AM is doing well this year.

yes, that's why TW is pulling his hair out...their concept is all wrong...and i read somewhere he says he dun mind the design looks like RB car now as long as it is fast....hahaha

so i think they will go for RB design with the sidepods....hahahhaha ....the next race we will know...but it may not be a fully change in 1 race...probably evolve slowly and by end of the all the cares looks like the RB...:yeah-im-not-drunk:

I actually felt bad for the engineers, designers, etc when this was going on.... the real stars of F1 are the cars - the drivers are just the "operators" albeit some are more skillful than others but good cars are definitely more important than good drivers... and this ridiculous sideshow glorifies the drivers like they are entering some gladiator tournament...

actually last race ok for W14 ler....overtook a F leh...so F also struggling with their cars
