Singapore legend. RIP.

The guy who came up with NUTS.

He wasn't looked upon kindly by govt... looked down on in fact.

I kinda think NUTS was also him showing his frustration.

A Singapore legend. RIP.

The guy who came up with NUTS.

And this:

Creative founder Sim Wong Hoo advised entrepreneurs not to get married

He told Yahoo Finance in an interview in 2019 that having a family means not being able to take risks.

As such, his advice to other entrepreneurs was not to get married.

WORD.

My 2nd day of New Year was spent at the columbarium.

There, I was standing at the rows with the newer niches. I look at those niches and I realized that many of them did not pass 70.

To see it personally, it was like a relevation. Very sad. Nothing more need to be said.

Bro..it doesn't matter what was stated. I know the data.

But reading it and seeing it personally are two very different emotions.

It is also very rare to die from landslides but tell that to the family of those who died in the recent landslide at Genting.

RIP. I had various Sound Blaster cards and the Nomad MP3 player, back then (2005) had the highest capacity. Converted tons of CDs into MP3 and used it in the car. The Sound Blaster was good but I was used to better sound and games from my Commodore Amiga A500. Eventually sold the Amiga and converted to PC due to better support for school/work applications.

Man of respect not only for his creativity,

but also not being a Yes man in the face of authority.

I want to see what LHL will say or do.

Meanwhile, the man who fought a futile fight against LTK at hougang also passed away.
