You will recall just several weeks ago, I mentioned about ST Eng going to $4.75 as fair value (at least for me)

It's still a bit soon, but I am looking at $1.60 for Mapletree Log , $3.30 for Ascendas and probably $1.50 for Suntec

CityDev clearly a laggard to me.  Should be $6.50

Haha... I sold my last tranche at 4.36 (IIRC). Missed the high but rotated into mainly Seatrium (not a LT hold for me unlike STE which i may buy back if it corrects). I am not exactly keen to put more money into an uncertain market, so have been rebalancing my portfolio fairly actively in recent months.

But thanks to your recommendation, i made some good money on STE.  牛逼！
