this could be the window to recapture high yields and to sit on them.   
when Fear hits the street, the playbook is simple, its all about cash.  
many fund managers would increase liquidity to the highest that their strategy allows. 
Up to a point where it would be meaningless then they start adding back hopefully at better prices to ride up

Depends on your level of greed!  Now its Price to Book still about 1.5 times. During Covid crisis I think it was 0.8 or 0.9.

Your alarm is as good as mine.  Wake me up when your alarm goes off!
