First round is to create wealth effect by boosting stock market and stabilizing the  real estate sector (with rate cut) and is largely financial.

There should be another round of stimulus to boost real domestic consumption in end Oct, which may be more fiscal in nature.

hearsay ... every tom dick harry, uncle aunty, grandpa grandma now can make easy money in stock market

this will certainly spur spending and boost domestic economy 

once again people start to feel LICH after property market kaboomz .... :grin:

But what do we learn from this?  
Getting yourself stuck in physical property is one of the biggest mistakes in investing.

property investing has many disadvantages ...

the biggest advantage (mostly sought after) is LEVERAGE ... and this is the biggest risk too

downpayment 100K to buy 1M property (10x leverage)
