I was questioning this BMI thing the first time I knew it when i was really young

From the formula, it doesn’t make sense. If a person is muscular, obviously he will be heavy, and hence may be rated as obese. But his weight is mostly from muscle, not fats.  So how can he be obese?

Like me. 

The article says lowest mortality is 25. I am right at 25! Going to keep it there.

I have purposely trying to increase my BMI from 23, now is 23.8 by building up muscle mass.

But fat percentage is maintained around 19%

So it's really body type each individual prefers.
