There was a similar incident in a Berlin Cristmas Market, in 2016. A truck driven by a Tunisian was delibereately rammed into a Christmas Market.

The Germans didn't learn from that incident.
I was in Germany the following year, close to Christmas. There were many bollards and concrete blocks placed around the Christmas Markets to prevent another ramming incident. Unfortunately, security became lax. This year, I hardly see any concrete blocks or bollards.

So stressful....

I still don't understand what this report trying to say..... 

Said elderly with lower literacy level retired, hence improving the average literacy level in Singapore. 

Then say adult literacy still declining.... 

My logical sense declining? Or the report don't make sense?

One more to add to close out the murder statistics for 2024

The problem with ppl who suka suka pick fights to prove their manhood is they always expect to walk away alive.

He was still unhappy after he returned to the flat he shares with his older brother. The younger man then walked over to his neighbour’s unit carrying a pole.

Mr Chua said his younger brother occasionally got into arguments with neighbours, adding in Mandarin: “He doesn’t have strength in his body but he still wanted to fight.”

Stress, stress, another "Ramesh", this time at HV.

27 year old only and previously already jailed for another offence. 

Might be a brand new "local" though, if is FT may already get deported after first jail experience.

few days ago a homeless person was set fire and burned to death at the subway station, and now this.

there are many tips posted in YT how to be safe using train in AMDK USA and Europe

1. stand back , preferably lean against the wall and walk to the train when train comes to complete stop

2. never use your phone either on platform or near door ... to prevent snatch and run

3. if the train is too crowded, wait for the next one ... crowding is the perfect opportunity for stealing
