I don't support taking action into own hands. 

But if police and parents don't care.... Definitely some one will care enough to take action.

44 year old going to get it badly.

Coincidentally, I just commented in another thread today that :

"If parents don't teach, the society will teach. Just a matter of time"

Always true, regardless of  era.

Having said that, I also don't support people taking action into their own hands.

Yah, having fun and adventurous is ok but excessively noisy and public nuisance is not. 

Hope that 40+yo man can get warning and fine as penalty than going to jail for assault.
