is possibly true if no proper counselling nor guidance , these victims may grow up to be perpetrators themselves as it would be ingrained in them to go the revenge path if there is no closure and the past catching up on them..

I know it doesn't matter, but can the reporter be more specific on hair from which part - head, leg, or c0ck? really dafuq.
can suggest to the judge sentence the bugger to have all his c0ck hair plucked out strand by strand as one of the punishments?!
