Maybe spc gave up Bukit Timah region liao. The sinopec there always give 23% discount since the start. 

 

However, the sinopec at Woodlands and yishun only give 23% discount on certain weekends. Hence, the spc marketing team think they can use the 23% promo all days at these 2 outlets  to capture the market share. 

 

This is just my opinion. Not sure if it is really the case or not. Good that spc can give 23% discount. Hopefully they can extend to other outlets.

The SPC location and Sinopec location captures different crowds, but with Marsiling Lane Market and Hawker Centre as crowded as it is as opposed to Sinopec's nearby KA and that the former does promotion all week round, SPC might already be swimming in cash to a larger extent than Sinopec even if it doesn't conduct any promotion.

Good on them to do it nevertheless.
