from the options you provided, i would say SPC + POSB is a better choice. straight off discounts and rebates no matter how much you pump.

for the Esso + DBS the $7/mth will be worth lesser % as you pump more. smiles points % i think is around 1-2%? 750pts(750L) for $30.

but of course there could be many other variables, like additional discount coupons from Esso, other CC which gives higher rebates etc.

Can use Fuel Kaki to do an estimate. I have been calculating and for my use, Esso with the DBS Esso Mastercard + Smiles card +App Vouchers + $7 rebate seems to be the best overall... Levo & SPC not convenient for me and must have their loyalty cards to make it worth... at the end, my calculation seems to indicate less that $2 difference so I just end up building my Smiles points so that I can use it to offset which is additional discount that other brands like Levo & SPC don't seem to give...

some choices may not be based purely on finance..

I choose Shell but I only pump at the station near my home because of the friendly people and they have helped me in the past when I have a toilet problem..

Likewise for the Esso nearby - the uncle has the exquisite ability to pump every single drop in and he doesn't shake my car...

YMMV

I've never seen the pump attendant shake my car leh... why would they do that?

pumped SPC Ron 95 two days ago, and realised that the mileage that i get is not as good as when i pumped Shell 95, though the savings is like $4 more with SPC, vs Shell

Was reading the accompanying link to the CNA Talking Point 'expert' who says the petrol foams up when pumped in... didn't know petrol can foam up like soft drink... I thought the acting of agitating it like what happens when you pump fuel from a pressurized container would just cause the petrol to vaporize more quickly...
