Esso with OCBC PLUS. other than the listed discount, every month if you pump/spend more than certain amount, you get another $15 rebate. Not sure is pump or spend but i just use this car for esso and NTUC.

It's slightly better.

Cos to maximize savings, I can only pump $120 and pay $93.50. anything more I can't use voucher.

 

But if straight 22% I can pump full which is about $140. The extra $20 I get 22% off too.
