This BMW Driver must go to Jail, even Cyclist fully Recover.

Currently, any accident to cause hurt to a "weaker" party will result in a driver being charged with reckless driving.

The lorries might drive in Malaysia.  So hard to prove that that speeding occured in Singapore.

Can Sg lorries be driven into Malaysia?

Nowadays a lot of red light dashers.

Color blind? 🤔

Full impact, cyclist kena jialat jialat.

Agreed...

The number of this type of total disregard of other road users and law defying red light beating is becoming atrociously common on our soil.

What have we become as a developed nation, supposedly full of educated and civic minded residents with grace and compassion towards one and other? 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

May I borrow T2's GLS...🙏😔

No, unless applied for permit which usually turned down. Can try if you have a very good reason but usually, they ask you to get their lorry to transport the goods to SG. Only a very small percentage successful in their application.  :lll._.:

yes...reckless driving. What is the punishment? a slap on the wrist? 😂

I have a neighbour, he is chauffeured in and out by his chauffeur almost all the time, at times when his driver is not working, he would take a grab even his car is parked at home, I dont know if he has gotten something big from TP before.

Do Malaysian lorries carry foreign workers in Singapore? No right? :D

If suay suay hit a pedestrian during left turning and pedestrian died, Changi chalet stays start from 2 years.

Only companies that are also registered in Malaysia are allowed to apply for their SG registered commercial vehicles for use in Malaysia. But must register with JPJ and pay Malaysia road tax. So far I have only seen two such SG registered commercial vehicles that are also registered for use in Malaysia. Both are vans.

sure or not, I remember most of recent cases are mostly a few months stay only. Got money(BXX) can hire good lawyer, good lawyer can come out with good excuses like......stomach pain need to go toilet. So that is how it goes....down down down.🤣

That's provided no serious injury or death + shows remorse.
