I dont know why many cyclist like to cycle in the middle of the road, and endanger to themselves and others road user?! The other day also encountered one cyclist cycling in the middle of a heavy traffic road, and all cars ended up following behind this cyclist. 🙄

If cyclist is turning right, it is following traffic rule.

With regards to riding/driving considerately, it is not taught anywhere

Like that cars have to follow quite a distance behind this cyclist liao, since the cyclist should need to start cycling in the middle of the road quite early in order to turn right ahead.

It really depends on skill and traffic conditions.
