In actual facts, I enjoy seeing them eating those fat fat belly meat.

Just on YouTube. There are few others (even men) doing such show of eating to the max. 

Wonder will they have "heart attack" or 'block blood vessels' where need to do "ballooning"

Even in Korea, have one slim lady who can eat 10 serving of "Tteokbokki" at one go or 300 pieces of sushi
