Gym at hotel not cheap le. Also need to travel far to get to the hotel.

Ok pricing in the orchard vicinity.

The convenient of getting a quick shower after work before dinner. 😁

Also hotel membership do come with free member parking redeemable at the recept. No worry of orchard parking.

Can opt for personal trainer. Free pool usage. 😁

To become muscle man, I feel that the barbell squat rack is a must. Then barbell bench press is definitely needed as well . Then the next needed is the lat-pull down machine.  These are the very least for muscle building. These take care of the 3 biggest muscles ; legs (quads, glutes and hams) , chest (pecs) and back (lats)

Unless one has a home gym, these 3 stations can only be found in a gym.

Like that i go to Safra gym more convenience, safra gym also can have quick shower, free pool usage. Only no free parking lo. I think Safra gym should not run road. 😂

Ya lo, thats why depends what you want to train lo, if want to become muscle man, then must go gym.

EnergyOne has been in business since i was in NS in 2006 and probably been longer. I think not so easy to toh one. 

My colleague is a muscle man. He lost about 2k+ worth of the package the last time that big chain toh. Then now he goes to the punggol Safra energyone

Agreed. The only gym i ever joined when i was a 20something was a hotel gymi orchard.

EnergyOne and ActiveSG gym would not run road one. Sign gym package with them would be safe. But dont know if ActiveSG gym now, do they have shower facilities inside the gym area?

Can't replace that with barbell.
