She definitely have some major ligamentous laxity or possibly femoral head defect to allow that kinda motion. 

haha i sent this to my hip surgeon friend. 

Hip is the most stable limb joint in our body cos it needs to bear a lot of pressure.

The slow motion vid posted above shows it was not a rotation. No super power, but much flexibility.
