Kklim Supercharged September 26, 2022 Share September 26, 2022 https://www.sarawakreport.org/2022/09/umno-cannot-clean-themselves-and-pas-cannot-bless-themselves/ : Citing non-existent ‘high blood pressure’ (apparently caused by constriction within a cell) the dandy prisoner Najib has been moved to a sports rehabilitation centre to enjoy all the care and attention of a recovering athlete plus doubtless facilities to boot. Not only has the UMNO leadership permitted this disgraceful compromise in return for not providing Najib with the instant and unconstitutional ‘pardon’ the kleptocrat clearly thinks that he deserves bang in advance of an election, but it has also released a staggering RM3.5 million to invest in Najib’s prison accommodation to bring it up to ‘scratch’. After all, air-con, internet, en-suite bathrooms, soft designer furnishings, servants quarters, gym, cooking facilities, guest accommodation and all the rest – they cost! And unless Najib gets them he clearly won’t shut up. And, the rest of the UMNO crooks beneath him need him to shut up as they seek to get the rest of their team back off the hook from their own criminal activities and present a ‘cleaned up party’ before Ismail Sabri tries to bluff electors. 1

Didu Turbocharged December 16, 2022 Share December 16, 2022 This would not happen if Jibby still has a say in things! Altantuya's murder: Malaysian government, former cops ordered to pay US$1.1 million in damages The High Court in Shah Alam on Friday (Dec 16) awarded RM5 million (US$1.1 million) to the family of Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu, who was murdered in 2006. The lawsuit was filed against former policemen Azilah Hadri and Sirul Azhar Umar, former political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda and the Malaysian government. “I find the plaintiffs have successfully established their case against the first (Azilah), second (Sirul) and third defendants (Abdul Razak)," the judge said during an online proceeding. “As the fourth defendant (Malaysian government), I find that, by the facts of the law, the fourth defendant, as the employer, is vicariously liable for the unlawful actions of the first and second defendants, which were carried out in the capacities of police officers." Azilah has been sentenced to death for her murder, while Sirul is in Australia, having fled while on bail in 2014. https://www.channelnewsasia.com/asia/malaysia-altantuya-shaariibuu-murder-death-family-win-lawsuit-damages-3149266
Didu Turbocharged January 31 Share January 31 2nd chance lai liao 😁 Former Malaysian premier Najib Razak’s jail term halved from 12 to 6 years, say official sources Former Malaysian prime minister Najib Razak’s jail sentence for corruption has been reduced from 12 to six years by the Pardons Board following its meeting on Monday (Jan 29), sources including senior government officials told CNA. The decision by the board, which is headed by Malaysia’s king, includes a reduction of his RM210 million (US$44.4 million) fine to an unspecified amount, according to three separate sources who spoke on condition of strict confidentiality. The partial royal pardon for his role in the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) case comes after serving less than two years of his prison term. The reduction means Najib is expected to complete his sentence in August 2028. But with parole for good behaviour, he could be out in August 2026 after serving two-thirds of the new jail term. There has been feverish speculation about the pardon after Dr Zaliha Mustafa, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Federal Territories) confirmed yesterday that the board members including herself had met on Monday. She said an official announcement by the Pardons Board will be made. The meeting was one of Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin’s last official tasks before he stepped down as Malaysia’s king on Jan 31 and handed the role to Johor ruler Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar under the country’s unique rotation system for its nine royal state households. https://www.channelnewsasia.com/asia/najib-razak-royal-pardon-jail-term-cut-malaysia-former-prime-minister-4071746

Didu Turbocharged February 2 Share February 2 It's official now. The lucky guy gets 50% discount. Wah.....even 11.11 sales also not so good. 😁 Malaysia’s Pardons Board announces decision to cut Najib’s jail term from 12 to 6 years Najib Razak escorted by prison officers as he left a court in Kuala Lumpur on January 19, 2024. (Photo: REUTERS/Hasnoor Hussain) Malaysia's Pardons Board has announced that former prime minister Najib Razak's jail sentence for corruption has been reduced from 12 to six years. The official announcement on Friday (Feb 2) comes after the Pardons Board met on Jan 29. CNA was the first to break the news on Jan 31, citing sources including senior government officials, that Najib would have his jail term halved and fine reduced under a partial royal pardon. Najib, 70, has served less than two years of his prison term for his role in the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) case. With the reduction in the jail term, Najib has agreed that he will be released on Aug 23, 2028, the statement said. The Pardons Board also reduced his RM210 million (US$44.5 million) fine to RM50 million. But if the fine is not paid, one year will be added to Najib's prison sentence and he will be released on Aug 23, 2029, the Board added. Speculation about a potential pardon went into overdrive after Dr Zaliha Mustafa, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Federal Territories), confirmed on Tuesday that the board had met on Monday. The meeting was one of Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin’s last official tasks before he stepped down as Malaysia’s king on Jan 31 and handed the role to Johor ruler Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar under the country’s unique rotation system for its nine royal state households. https://www.channelnewsasia.com/asia/malaysia-former-prime-minister-najib-razak-royal-pardon-jail-term-cut-4094251 1
