Nice catch! This is indeed rare, in term of model and trim level.

The one posted by @Sdf4786k should be the V8 4.0L variant, judging by the look of the front bumper. 

Beside spotting a different front bumper, the W12 variant also come with Bentley's signature 5 spoke rims.

It's compass one carpark. For its size, the ramp up/down might be narrow. The left turn into the carpark entrance is definitely narrow for this lol.
