heard it’s the same engine by cutting off 2 cylinder from the engine to make it a Alfa 2.9

What do you mean? 2 Dec was the first pump so cannot add to the total tally, if that is what you are referring to.

Nah, disappointingly rough for an IL6. Doesn't spin up smoothly like what you would expect. Up to 3.5k rpm still ok, after that, not that great.

@ER-3682 is right. The Cefiro V6 beats it hands down.

Worst thing was the handling precision, the steering was wooly and slow to respond to inputs, and the body control out-of-sorts.

So it behaves like any other American junk... Similar to other V6 that I had previously rented in the big apple and are extremely thirst.

Errr...but it was designed and made by Daewoo/GM, and the IL6 was designed with Porsche's help...

Generally reliable, but eats front brake rotors for some reason. Each pair lasts 30-40k km only.

Comfirmed...with RWD...that Cefiro..is one of the last of Straight 6 Engine offered by Japanese Mfgs...Toyota Mark II...also nice.
