Pal, you not hao lian but I 退步 liao. Having seen many Honda N-Van on the road recently, I can only recall Acty and Hijet, whereas Suzuki skip my mind totally when I was staring at that "Kombi". 😅 Good observation on the door handles. I identified the donor through line on the side panel subsequently.

Fake Maybach is an easy catch 'cos there is no way to add a quart window on the C pillar. But if C&C decided to bring in the India's version of E-class, that will be a different story, as all modern Mercedes have almost the same face and butt, just different length (and width).

I think there is a Aston Martin based on this Car.

Nope, not Aston Martin but Citroen and Peugeot, albeit the 1st gen Aygo.

One of my ex-colleague had the 107 and it is what I call the modernized Milo tin, with 2 sheets of metal banging into each other.

Sorry, I didn't make it clear in my earlier post. India and China are the only 2 countries to have the E-Class in LWB form, and the quart window differentiate them from the standard Wheelbase variant. The photo I attached in my previous post is actually the Chinese version in LHD, whereas India is in RHD.

If E180 can sell in Singapore, the E200 LWB will be a hit here and I guess many would also spend a few extra dollar to get a Maybach badge + S580 or S680 emblem from taobao. Cheap thrill and why not (just have to make sure you don't park next to the real McCoy). :D  :D

LWB. Makes sense.

It certainly looks attractive although I don't know from a mechanical pov how it affects driving and performance.

Also wonder if the LWB chasis is very similar to the Maybach one?

It is just a stretch C or E.

Maybach might be similar to LWB S

Haha ya, I guess a stretched E class is nowhere near a S chassis
