Porsche GT engine beat it hands down.

Dual VTEC is not a daily driver (with its relatively high RPM for max torque), that's why Honda has to move to VTEC turbo for Type-R.

 

K20A was replaced by turbo engine because of emissions regulations, not the high RPM.

Yes correct. Because the number plate does not have suffix. This only applies when the original number plate is still on the original car it was registered with. Another possibility is that the car was sold together with the number plate as a set.

If you look at the same range of number plate that were transferred to other/newer cars, you will notice that those plates have the suffix displayed on the number plate.
