Unusual or Rare Cars - Part 3

Last weekend in Msia, in the same carpark, saw these two well kept classic Volvos.

Again in the same carpark, came across this S-plate car with a visible layer of dust and tyres a bit deflated. LTA shows no records found.

No records found? Could be de registered car that was supposed to be scraped in Singapore when COE expired . Possibly opener Leave the car in Malaysia as  personal transport 😄😄 when he gets back to Malaysia.

SG plate car when supposed to be scraped, thought the car must be dispose with the authorise scrapyard in sg? How come this car can ended up in msia?

Maybe Drive in & declared Lost or Stolen.

There is another alternative which has almost the same cost after 3 years.

The only running cost is insurance and road tax for 1st 2 years
