It is USS Ronald Reagan as reported by s***y times.

ps. I thought the agreement is to allow certain class of vessels to dock. Never knew AC is included.

Changi was specially designed to accommodate air craft carriers.

Strategic decision by lky to keep America committed to the region even if they lose access to Philippines.

In the past, the hot spot was Bugis Street. The visiting forces had to deploy their MPs there and our local police also deployed men there every night.

One day , when the condition is right,  the PLA carrier will visit too.

Where will they go for "release" 😅.... Chinatown complex , geylang,  basically all massage parlours.. all have PRC FTs waiting liao

Maybe ng eng han will bring the captain go KTV. Mrs Ng will have to give off pass to Mr Ng...  small sacrifice for Singapore. 🤣

While landing on Changi Airport, I just did not have enough time to pull out my phone to take a photo. I note there is a aircraft carrier outside the bay of our Navy Base in Changi. It must be the US? I just wonder what carrier is it and how if there is even an opportunity to get closer and take a look. Probably this 1,2 days go there cycling and see. Wonder what deal we have with them too, will CCP KPKB.

I shared yesterday 🤭

Mr Ng.. :"never mind,  KTV sure on, off pass approve liao"

Politically,  in time,  I'm sure Singapore will approve a visit. Must have balance in the force.

"On July 13, the US vessel was driven away by the PLA Southern Theater Command from Chinese territorial waters off the Xisha Islands in the South China Sea, then on Saturday, it claimed to have sailed near the Nansha Islands, also in the South China Sea."

If the PLA ACs cannot sail far, as thought by some people, there is totally no need for the US to worry about.🤐

So far, Liaoning has been operating btw Hainan (Base) and Paracel Island.

Shandong has been in the dock for some times.

Till now, no news of its operational readiness.

Their sailors go ktv will mostly see their countrywomen working, and then get charged at the inflated pricing here?? I think they'd rather not. They can get the same stuff locally back in PRC and cheaper (and younger, some say) [laugh]

If anyone is interested in US carriers and naval war history...can visit the USS Midway in San Diego.  Was deployed to the naval base there for my ICT...best ICT of my whole NS experience 😁
